How subscriptions work

You get full access to your chosen plan — Starter or Pro — for 7 days at no charge. You can build your store, add products, customize your page, and use all features. We'll send you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends.

After your trial ends, you're automatically billed based on your chosen plan and billing cycle. Starter is $29/month or $290/year. Pro is $99/month or $990/year. All billing is handled securely through Stripe.

We'll email you immediately if your payment fails and give you time to update your payment method. Your store stays active for a grace period while you resolve the issue. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will eventually be cancelled.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro anytime — the change takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount. You can also downgrade from Pro to Starter at your next billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime in your dashboard under Settings → Billing. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your store goes into Hold mode — still live but no new features.

Your store stays live at your subdomain but switches to Hold mode. You can't add new products or access paid features, but existing content remains available to your audience. You can reactivate by subscribing again anytime.

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you keep access until your paid period expires. For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly billing cycle, you can use all features until that month ends.

Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to monthly. Starter annual is $290 (vs $348 monthly). Pro annual is $990 (vs $1188 monthly). Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on your anniversary date.

There's no pause feature, but you can cancel and resubscribe later. Your store will switch to Hold mode when you cancel, keeping your content live but disabling paid features until you reactivate.
